Michelle's (KE7HVG) FD2008 Chile Recipe

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork sausage

Brown and drain

Add:

7 - 15.5 oz cans kidney beans
3 - 28 oz cans cut tomatos
6 cloves (crushed) garlic
6 T. chili powder
4 T. sugar
1/2 t. crushed red pepper*
6 T. red wine vinegar
2 t. cumin

Simmer 1 hour.

Top with grated cheddar or sour cream.

* Michelle left this out of the FD batch.
