The Annual Meeting was held at the Shoreline Historic Museum.
The meeting was called to order at 13:10 by President Bob Gudgel.
Mr. Gudgel welcomed all those attending and had self introductions.
The minutes of the previous Annual Meeting was read and approved.
The financial report was accepted.
The site at Old John Hay is now up and working thanks to the hard work of the techinal staff and many others.
The packet interference that we had is now very minor what with the cooperation of the packet operator. Much discussion followed.
A discussion pertaining to the DVR (digital voice recorder) and upgrade software for the controller was held.
A discussion about the reverse auto patch resulted in a motion by Mike Kunz and seconded by Tim, we do not use the reverse patch. Passed.
Tim thanked the people that helped out at the street fair May 15 & 16. We need help again next year as well.
We are looking for a site to install an East side receiver.
