The meeting was called to order at 13:11 by President Bob Gudgel.
Members and guests were welcomed. Self introductions were held.
Minutes of the previous Annual meeting were read and approved.
The financial report was read and accepted.
We are using the Crown Hill site at this time because of problems with the elderly RF Amplifier at the John Haye site.
The West Seattle site has been dismantled and may be moved to a new Beacon Hill site soon.
Discussion was held pertaining to interference.
Discussion was held about Street Fair May 19 & 20. Tim stated that we will need much help again this year. There was a discussion about the location and type of box for the street fair.
Election of officers. All were elected by acclimation.

Tom Rambo, W7ELI gave an extremely interesting talk on the early days of commercial radio and television in the area.
The meeting adjourned at 15:47 hours with the time and date of the next annual meeting to be announced.
